To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同媽媽慶祝生日定左沙田麗豪酒店嘅自助餐，不過整體對比其他富豪酒店嘅自助餐水準平平，成個環境以卡通做主題，好岩家長帶小朋友嚟食，有好多小朋友鍾意嘅嘢食例如朱古力噴泉同雞蛋仔，不過喺啲可以回本嘅食物質素上就比較差首先講凍盤，雖然有龍蝦食但啲肉質比較霉，唔太新鮮，亦都好大浸雪味跟住講熱葷，都算正常既，但係海鮮都係唔新鮮，蝦肉係霉的刺身味道就叫OK唔算鮮甜但起碼款式都有三文魚帶子，甜蝦，八爪魚燒烤嘅嘢食算係最好食的，起碼係即燒，但係可惜冇得即叫即燒，師傅燒緊咩你就只可食果d，無得揀，不過整體肉質同調味都係麻麻地甜品係令我最失望，除咗葡撻係好食之外其他都唔得，奶凍竟然係好似奶昔咁嘅質地，仲有嗰個我好似焦糖燉蛋嘅東西係好鹹又好甜，唔好食
