今次是給她的第二篇。回顧過往十多次幫襯(有晚餐,有午餐)的經驗, 沒有一次令我失望。雖然每次都離不開點選某一兩款主菜,又雖然自助頭盤的款式亦未有大改動,但其品質之優良,令我沒有半點厭倦。再者,望著維港景(或另外一邊的何文田景),坐得又舒適,加上這裏的食客和員工都比較「施文」,使環境得以寧靜。再點一杯泡得好極的 cappuccino 慢慢嘆,無得頂!今次,我又選了鵝肝,配帶子,跟炒飯。我的公主亦點了鵝肝,配乜乜牛(註一),跟魚生飯。這兩個set,當然少不了自助頭盤。雖然自助頭盤沒有提供很多名貴的食物,但品質高,每一款皆很精,很適合重質不重量的食客(sorry冇相)。吃了兩趟頭盤,就有勞廚師弄主菜了。在寫第一篇之前,鵝肝已經是我的必然之選,我在第一篇說得天上有地下無。無他的,都是入貨靚,廚師煎得好。每一次也「外香脆,內無筋,入口溶」。帶子及乜乜牛亦屬佳品。 帶子大粒而新鮮;乜乜牛又嫩又香,說要五成熟真係煎至五成熟,時間掌握精準。廚師由擺放伴碟,烹調食物,到上碟,都是台下十年功。老實說,主菜的份量不多,但有跟麵豉湯,炒芽菜,再配炒飯或者魚生飯,之前已有自助頭盤,一般人已經足夠填滿肚子。麵豉湯

老實說,主菜的份量不多,但有跟麵豉湯炒芽菜,再配炒飯或者魚生飯,之前已有自助頭盤,一般人已經足夠填滿肚子。麵豉湯,炒芽菜都標準。炒飯用的是珍珠米,炒得乾身並粒粒分明。魚生飯的魚沒什麼特別,只是新鮮而已。炒飯、魚生飯都各有各的好味道。還有一杯飲品,我喜歡 cappuccino。一邊呼吸著那怡人的咖啡香,一邊望著窗外那片熟悉的土地,舒適地坐在寧靜的一角沉思,是那麼的寫意而浪漫。

註一:乜乜牛?
餐單中有兩款牛,煮法是不同的,但sorry,我總是忘記了兩款牛的全名。一款牛是整塊煎,然後切丁上碟的;另一款是薄切並卷着蔬菜絲來煎的。兩款也試過,個人較喜歡「整塊煎,然後切丁上碟的」一款。
