To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年初七，人日，天朗氣清，到大尾篤遊玩慶生。仲係過年，雖是平日，人很多，停車場爆滿，慶幸今天揸的是電單車，較易找到車位。對面就是忠誠，先醫肚子。取飛後要等，周圍狂狂還有什麼其他選擇，走一圈後還是想吃忠誠，再回去就有位了。點了一個咖哩牛腩飯，一個冬陰功肥牛金邊，一個沙爹串燒（牛雞），兩杯檸檬茶。沙爹串燒很有炭燒香味，肉質好，比起上次我去好時沙爹食的真的好十倍，調味適中，沙爹醬不會過甜，有花生香。咖哩牛腩都好食，好有椰香味。湯金邊粉就一般。凍檸茶走甜少冰，睇個樣都有heart，放得靚靚的。埋單$250 左右，唔太記得，好似要加一。好評，會再來。
