To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

訂位食團年飯,度度都無位又限死時間,最後黎左囍慶,係沙田火車站搭小巴可直接黎到,都幾快和方便。菠蘿咕嚕肉 ($88):甜酸味適中又有鑊氣,咕嚕肉炸粉薄身又炸得香脆,咬落啖啖肉香。煎海石斑 ($98):魚肉嫩滑,都幾大條,抵食!生煎牛筋骨 ($88):炒得好野味,但牛肉有少少根,口感 juicy得黎又有點靱靱地。沙鍋豉油雞 (半隻 $98):賣相無張相甘靚,但食落雞肉嫩滑又入味,豉油sauce調味佳。綠島什菌煲 ($78):有菜、茹、粉絲,清清地幫助消化。呢度環境舒適,店員友善,價錢和食物質素又ok,係沙田做節一個好地方。
