身為沙田友,應該無人不識陳根記,它賣的雖然不是什麼名貴菜式,但勝在夠地道,夠風味。一般來說,星期六、日要六時多便要抵達霸位,否則恐怕等上好幾十分鐘。今次點了五個菜式-冰鎮芥辣小木耳、蜆芥牛肉煲、香煎蠔餅、南乳什菜煲和南乳炸碎骨。冰鎮芥辣小木耳的木耳本身無味,全靠蘸芥辣豉油,味道清新,是不錯的前菜;蜆芥牛肉煲蜆芥味不足,牛肉過熟;香煎蠔餅香脆,蠔仔又鮮且大;南乳什菜煲惹味淡淡的南乳味與鮮蔬很配合;南乳炸碎骨炸得香口,但南乳醬與碎骨分開,南乳汁略為不足。
