To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次來都差不多必叫蔬菜薯餅, 入面一紫紫薯仔, 配埋個蘑菇汁, 又真是幾好食。今次試三文魚柳, 上面鋪左D 魚子, 明明係魚子, 點解個MENU寫係松露醬.... 三文魚扒煮太熟了, 不過加埋D 魚子, 咸咸地都唔錯, 個汁有D 似蘑菇同蛋黃醬溝埋, 都幾好食, 配菜係薯茸。呢個要成60蚊, 又唔算大份, 唔抵見佢有檸檬批, 檸檬夠酸甜, 不過個撻皮明顯整起好耐, 有D 怪味。呢度任飲只得汽水,. 失望, 荃灣分店多好多款呢...
