To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺石門站行過去五分鐘左右，佢個位置勁低調，係無門牌既，主要做打工仔既生意。平日行假十一點去到，見到啲OL食緊沙律，意粉。同朋友各叫左一個餐試下蕃茄素意粉意粉質地淋左小小，口感普通個醬有新鮮蕃茄，蕃茄乾，甜中帶點酸，都唔錯。配埋松子仁，增加左口感All day breakfast黑松露炒蛋好食，黑松露好香，蛋炒得好滑。另外，包可以揀scone/牛角包/厚多士。揀左scone，好味，啱啱烘番熱，夠暖又夠鬆身。其他配料就無乜特別。南瓜湯跟餐，加$10有南瓜湯。南瓜味都夠既，但略嫌太稀身，個湯杰身啲會更好Americano跟餐加$4可以轉美式咖啡，咖啡都幾好味全部加埋$128，價錢及味道合格，唔算好好食。住/工作喺附近會幫襯，但就唔會轉登入去。
