係沙田唔知食咩就會諗到依度,叫左個細既豬柳定食.飯是用日本米,短身,又不會太淋.飯和菜絲也是任食的,每次都不用加飯,留肚食多d生菜絲好d.一般會加wasabi或芝麻醬,都幾香9成時間我都會加wasabi,fresh d.豬柳炸得很好, 唔多油,仲有唔少肉汁, 肉質也很好, 肥瘦剛好.
