To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到係沙田圍都見到有石板燒記得以前係東京食過令人好懷念石板燒有3款選擇 -牛控特盛牛同霜割🐮我地揀左中價的特盛有牛肩肉牛舌同雪花安格斯一上碟擺盤好精緻望下都係高質肉唔係溶晒雪果d 石板附送兩塊豬皮可以當油用搽好石板就可以燒石板燒外有錫紙架唔怕彈油好貼心如果爐火唔夠仲可以再起火繼續燒牛肩肉同安格斯肉質鮮嫩牛舌就比較爽口配埋燒肉汁剛剛好日式火鍋🥘另外我地都試埋日式火鍋想試d唔同既野揀左豚肉鍋湯底揀左甜豉油想有壽喜燒的味道豚肉份量好充足夠兩個人食鍋物已經有豆乾菜菇類同粉絲配埋烏冬食好滿足跟餐熱飲都係加$9 餐廳可以自助落單又唔使加一抵食呢度仲有好多壽司刺身選擇下次要再黎試下
