我今日放工後,約同好友去位於沙田沙田圍路1-7號勵城花園地下1號舖的越男仔食越南菜,環境舒適,坐得舒服。我點左個 河內三鮮(生蠔+生蝦+滑雞)椰汁酸湯煲$168,配大脆包$38;好友點左個 火車頭河粉$108,凍蕃茄$39,另外點左個 石窩窩蛋烤牛生菜包$89,餐飲係熱香茅薑蜜$30。椰汁酸湯是招牌湯底,它用雞骨熬製成湯底,加椰汁、酸子和醋等配料,不會太酸,還會越食越開胃。配著河內的三鮮,好味又好食;火車頭的材料豐富,有牛丸、生牛肉、牛筋、牛栢葉及烤牛肉,好味道;石窩窩蛋烤牛生菜包,熱辣辣的烤牛肉撈窩蛋做餡,用生菜包來食,好有風味;凍蕃茄係餐後甜品,酸酸甜甜,好好食。
