十年都唔去一次大坑,之前係永興閣食完肉餅飯,意猶未盡,想起呢度全港獨步嘅車仔腸粉,就順步走嚟一嚐..記起數月之前想試,點知冇開,心帳帳然。今次嚟到,人山人海,插針都插唔入...即刻坐低叫個三餸蝦米腸--- 鯪魚肉、豬腸頭加翼尖...可能期望過高,食落真係唔覺有幾得...鯪魚肉腍pat pat,魚味尚算濃,但質感就唔多得;翼尖及腸頭亦鹵得唔夠味,但尚幸腸頭真的幾有咬頭;豉油並冇經特別調味,普通;腸粉亦係用交嚟嘅貨,不過都算幾滑...對我嚟講,只係普通一碗"車仔嘢",只不過由麵變成腸粉啫...
