XO仔訪台後回港,發現公司附近有新食肆登場,午市人龍仲要排到去後巷,週二即孖哥哥一試人氣沾麵專門店「風雲丸」。兩口子排緊隊時已細看過門外o既多頁彩圖餐牌,並選定要點o既沾麵及小食。店子中央為開放式廚房,其木造o既框架上掛著紅白色o既燈籠,襯埋獨立式o既座位,感覺隨意得好似一個日式麵檔咁。餐桌上擺放出自助式餐具、溫水、調味料及點菜紙,用餐流程十分明確。點菜紙除咗中文版之外,背頁原來仲有英文版,唔怪得知店內亦有不少外籍食客。小肥同哥哥都係第一次食沾麵,對其食法都唔係咁清楚,不過睇見桌上o既卡通說明就明白哂。羽根餃子($35/五件):餃子皮層香口夠薄,豬肉餡心嫩中帶脆,且毫不油膩,勁啱細佬口味。唐揚炸雞($35/五件):個人略嫌熱辣辣o既炸雞層炸皮偏硬咗少少,不過個雞肉就好軟嫩。哥哥點咗個招牌「特盛石燒濃孝豚骨魚介味玉沾麵」($93/400g)。石燒野菜豚角豚骨魚介沾麵($103 + $20香鬆飯):醫生有命要XO仔食菜,午餐只好揀食含野菜o既沾麵款式。沾湯以石鍋上,夠哂滾熱辣,當中o既野菜已索哂味,極之香濃,不過啲豚角就又乾又嚡,唔係咁得。麵條分開上,每一口都係即時點上沾湯食用,確保能保持
