法式月餅$280中西合璧的法式月餅，月餅外表是牛油酥皮，而味道有四種，中間的是蓮蓉。而蓮蓉同Lemon,Earl Grey,Pistachio,Praline,四種味道都好夾，不會有衝突。最令人意想不到的是蓮蓉並不是平常食開的口感，是焗到蓮蓉變硬身，有少少脆，而味道又沒有傳統月餅的那麼甜。
