來一頓美味法國菜，今晚約了朋友去灣仔蘭杜街間法國小酒館，屬於法式家庭料理，充滿溫馨感覺，店員好細心介紹法式食物首先我們揀選了Bistrot Set 晚市套餐分別有頭盤、主菜、甜品及酒精類飲品今日有特價生蠔分別叫了四隻，size 都頗大隻，蠔肉質肥美結實，充滿層次，有濃濃海水礦物味，入口相當creamy 肥美，肉質爽脆，咸鮮的海水味，令味蕾留有回甘是日餐湯是磨姑湯，湯打得好濃密，加入奶油忌廉嘅棉滑，粒粒蘑菇湯內，另外附送小法包🥖，麵包比想象中軟熟，加埋自制牛油棉幼更滋味法式田螺，入口是滿滿牛油香草，螺肉爽脆，用菠菜汁焗非常美味，旁邊脆脆麵包可以低油膩感阿根廷安格斯牛脊肉Medium 五成熟剛剛好，肉質鮮嫩juicy , 外邊grill 得相當香脆，牛肉味香濃，相當軟腍, 配法式焗薯食相當合適，新鮮蘆筍味道鮮甜烤法式鵪鶉雖然細細隻，但肉質鮮嫩，肉味清甜，脂肪低，肉質厚實，味道不錯甜品方面火焰橙酒可麗餅 Crepe Suzette是店家名物, 甜蜜之選，Crepe 浸滿甜甜香燈酒，火焰燃點整個橙皮，燃燒的橙酒散髮出芬芳橙酒味，聞到焦糖香橙味的可麗餅Frozen StrawberRita
