三文魚 (Marinated Atlantic Salmon) +$60
用上大西洋三文魚,好大份同每一塊都好厚。三文魚上面配有芹菜同鯡魚魚子醬,底部則有熱情果醬,同三文魚嘅味道意想不到咁襯,而且厚切質感結實,好有滿足感。
Thickly sliced Atlantic salmon is used in a great portion. It is topped with celery and herring caviar, while the bottom is marinated with passion fruit sauce, which matches well with the salmon. The salmon is firm and satisfying with its thickness.

紅蘿蔔湯 (Cream of Carrot Soup)
紅蘿蔔湯配以咖哩嘅香料同蜂蜜,令味道帶有濃烈嘅辣味同甜味,頗有特色。
The cream of carrot soup is added with curry spices and honey, which gives a strong sweetness and spiciness. It is quite scrumptious.

澳洲和牛紐約客 (Striploin of Australian Beef Wagyu)
紐約客取自前腰脊肉部位,運動量高因此肉質結實,但用上和牛又感覺唔會太韌,係一個幾好嘅平衡點。用上橄欖醬同洋蔥果醬提升咗肉嘅鮮味,值得一試。
Striploin is the part which exercises a lot, that gives a rich and firm texture. But with the use of wagyu, it won't taste too tough and strike a great balance. With the tapenade and onion marmalade, it escalates the taste of the striploin.

生牛肉他他 (Beef Tartare)
用上大量嘅法國牛肉,冇過多嘅配料,展示牛本身嘅質感同味道,用上雞蛋令質感更加嫩。配有即炸、脆身嘅薯條。
The beef tartare has made use of a large portion of French Blonde d'Aquitaine beef. Without excessive ingredients, it shows clearly the texture and the taste of the beef itself. With the egg, it smoothens the texture of the beef tartare. It is served with a freshly deep-fried, crispy fries.

芝士拼盤 (Cheese Platter)
芝士拼盤有四款芝士,配以麵包同果醬。依個份量其實幾膩,建議兩個人一齊分享。
The cheese platter consists of four types of cheese, served with bread and jam. The portion is quite large, we recommend the platter shared by two people.

米布丁 (Rice Pudding)
米布丁配以芒果雪糕同菠蘿果醬,味道酸酸甜甜,形成一道好清新嘅甜品。
The rice pudding is served together with mango ice cream and pineapple marmalade, which gives a sour and sweet flavour. It is a refreshing dessert.
