To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁啱去佐敦搵食同fd約咗試食熊拉麵,不過由於自己有啲遲到嘅關係,而舖頭表示3點last order,所以就叫早到嘅朋友嗌咗先順便幫手嗌埋嘢食嗌咗碗黑熊拉麵 十分鐘左右就上咗 但我就隔咗廿分鐘先趕到 去到嘅時候其他朋友都差唔多食完了 咁就諗住坐低食麵 點知就比師傅截停咗 師傅話啲麵擺咁耐都發漲咗 已經唔好食喇 話可以幫我換過碗 感到有啲震驚都唔係舖頭嘅問題都主動提出咁嘅表示 最後都食得幾愉快 湯底唔會太咸太濃 都恰到好處感恩師傅嘅優質服務 有一顆希望顧客試到舖頭最好嘅一面嘅心另外仲有期間限定嘅冷拌麵 但睇落就無拉麵咁吸引了有機會會試埋其他湯底
