作為朋友身邊嘅「打邊爐之鬼」,試問日式、川式、台式、港式嘅火鍋,有邊樣冇試過?但係今次真係有新嘗試「四面泰-泰式火鍋」行行下街發現響沙田嘅新城市廣場一期嘅7樓,原來開咗呢間專門食泰式火鍋嘅餐廳。我哋入到去就嗌咗個「椰奶雞湯鍋」,湯底濃郁,傳嚟陣陣椰奶香氣,店員建議我哋可以打邊爐前先飲一飲個湯,我好聽話架,我仲飲咗四碗添。煲入面原本已經有啲雞肉,但係我哋再嗌咗個「鮮香椰汁去骨雞腿肉」令到個湯更加香更加滑。我哋仲食咗「四面拼盤」,即係四種手工丸,包括墨魚丸蝦丸牛丸同埋豬肉丸我特別鍾意蝦丸,因為夠哂爽口彈牙。仲嗌咗個「泰國船麵河粉」,呢個平時一定少機會食到啦,驚喜嘅係佢原來同個湯底都好夾㗎。蔬菜就揀咗「唐生菜」。我哋見到隔離枱嘅「炭燒豬頸肉」賣相好得,即刻唔執輸都嗌咗一碟,果然係好味道,充滿油香,但係肉質腍滑。最後甜品係「招牌椰皇凍」呢個招牌椰皇凍真係不得了,椰香四溢,入口冰凍但口感細滑,同埋份量都唔少,適合兩個人分享。總括嚟講呢一次嘅泰式火鍋體驗令我留低一個好深刻印象餐廳地方闊落,唔會迫迫夾夾,而且光猛乾淨,係好適合一班朋友嚟打邊爐吹水。
