To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去完高登同鴨記買野，就同女友喺附近搵野食。最後揀左食泰國菜，鋪頭唔大，見啲客都坐左大半間鋪，應該唔會難食得去邊。龍眼冰，好清甜，龍眼味都好夠。始終唔少鋪頭搞到杯野好甜，搞到飲糖水咁。青咖哩雞，有火喺下面keep住煲野熱，唔算好辣，雞肉係用雞脾肉，所以無骨。本人鐘意青咖哩係因為有椰香味，呢到當然都做到啦！馬拉盞炒通菜，炒到好有"獲"氣，熱辣辣出黎好惹味!芝士糙米法包，初頭以為係硬硬地嗰啲法包上面有芝士，黎到原來係軟熟既面包入面有芝士粒。再點咖哩汁黎食，味道幾特別，未食過芝士加咖哩呢個配搭(焗飯除外)。青芒鰂魚沙律，第一次食咁樣既炸魚，起哂一舊舊肉去炸，酸辣再加上青芒既清新，食落好好味！而且魚肉無骨，可以大大啖食落去。剩低既骨都有炸到，飲啤酒既人可以要黎送酒。

青咖哩雞，有火喺下面keep住煲野熱，唔算好辣，雞肉係用雞脾肉，所以無骨。
