To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老闆萬歲一班同事梗係開開心心自助餐啦,鍾意食咩就攞咩,大家捧住個肚番屋企就最好。今次HR 同事choose 左哩間酒店buffet,好呀尖沙咀,大家就腳,正!Buffet 主題係泰式,大家都好 like, 食酸辣野。佢既海鮮類都好多選擇,仲要有龍蝦任食,好正,隻隻都大隻開邊。有芝士同蒜蓉兩個味,個人喜歡蒜蓉味,香d 入味d!D 蝦新鮮,食落係彈牙既,明顯唔係俾d 死既泰式頭盤都有好多款,我最好食係哩兩款。燒牛肉沙律同酸辣撈粒絲,酸辣情度剛剛好, 好開胃惹味!沙律吧就基本啦,但有龍蝦黎麥,哩個好有驚喜,第一次食。好fresh.哩個湯,好酸好辣,有青口,但真係堅辣,飲兩啖要放低。India 風味,平時無食開加喱,以為得雞牛豬。今次試左魚餅同龍利柳同類似豆卜既野,幾得意幾好味熟食就基本野啦,有龍蝦伊面,不過之前食左好多龍蝦啦,只係試左兩啖上湯伊面,都好入味。
