今日媽咪生日就同佢去左元朗食泰國菜慶祝下, 《薄荷葉》係區內有名嘅泰國菜館, 之前晏晝已經食過一次,不過估唔到夜晚食氣氛係咁好。 呢間餐廳設有戶外同室內區域, 戶外用左泰象裝飾 ,而且亦掛上色彩繽紛嘅霓虹光管, 裏面就用左咗泰式風情既吊燈裝飾, 店員打招呼都係用泰式最傳既 “SaWaDeeCup”,整體感覺真係好似飛左去曼谷一樣。由於呢排天氣極度炎熱, 二話不說就叫左麒麟啤酒夏天期間限定嘅 frozen beer, 我仲叫左香港限定嘅西柚味添,$75, frozen beer上面就好似思樂冰一樣, 而下面就係涼浸浸嘅啤酒, 今次叫左個西柚味啤酒好特別, 飲落除左有少少啤酒既苦味之外, 亦有淡淡既西柚清香, 非常消暑解渴。由於媽咪鍾意食酸野, 所以就叫咗泰式甜柚鮮蝦沙律,$78。沙律擺碟好靚, 大蝦亦好新鮮好彈牙, 柚子甜甜酸酸, 配買其他沙律菜同洋蔥一齊食, 非常醒胃。呢度嘅冬陰公湯都唔錯, 我地叫左個細嘅冬陰功湯,$78, 雖然話係細,但都有四碗。 冬陰公湯材料豐富, 足料。 鮮蝦,蘑菇,蕃茄一定唔少得, 而且亦都有好大陣嘅香茅,香葉同椰子味, 一飲就知做法正宗。而且亦都叫咗細泰式拼
