Wake Up Bistro所在的聯和市場本身就有著悠久的歷史。於1951年啟用,又被評為三級歷史建築,最近一次經過見到佢終於被活化使用,入面唔單止有餐廳,還有展覽和攤檔。雙重芝士焗豬排飯雙重芝士焗豬排飯有濃郁的芝士香氣,豬排肉質鮮嫩,外酥內軟。燒澳洲安格斯肉眼排燒澳洲安格斯肉眼排肉質都烤剛剛好夠鮮嫩,保留了肉汁又唔會太厚難切。凍焦糖鮮奶咖啡凍焦糖鮮奶咖啡帶有濃郁的咖啡香氣,混合埋焦糖,媽媽話佢好似蛋糕既味道咁好味。熱卡布奇諾熱卡布奇諾係我叫既,因為佢主打有藝術打印,咖啡面有隻得意狗狗真係唔係好捨得飲。菠蘿雪芭/椰子雪芭菠蘿雪芭和椰子雪芭清涼爽口,口感綿密,菠蘿雪芭比較清新而椰子雪芭既質感就比較似雪糕,個人就比較喜歡菠蘿雪芭!
