To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少踏足上環,嚟到先知道有好多特色嘅食店,臥虎藏龍。其中一間就係法國餐廳:享慢煮意。假日黎到有3-coarse weekends all-day,好豐富。店員好友善咁樣同我哋介紹是日餐單。衝著佢嘅牛角包黎所以一定選擇佢,係頭盤到揀咗龍蝦湯流牛角包。一切落去,橙黃色嘅龍蝦湯爆曬出黎。龍蝦湯鹹淡適中,配牛角包有少少似酥皮湯嘅質感,有趣地除咗吸左湯嘅部份,牛角包面頭仲係脆。朋友就叫咗另外一個甜點嘅牛角包,海鹽焦糖咖啡。佢都係流心系列,流心部分質感比較偏向mousse,味道似mocha,作為甜品都係好選擇。主菜叫咗牛腹扒,雖然唔係全件上,但分開咗幾大嚿配上南瓜蓉,賣相更吸睛,明顯有花心思。中間仲有好靚嘅粉紅色,熟度啱啱好,外表煎得脆,內裏仲保持到好嫩滑。面頭有椰菜絲、提子,為呢個以肉食主菜加添refreshing感覺。最後當然唔少得甜品!嚟到呢一間法國餐廳,就點左真空慢煮焦糖燉蛋。對於佢點樣真空、點樣慢煮,其實我都唔知,只係知道好味。面頭脆脆嘅焦糖配上好濃滑嘅燉蛋,最底層仲有藍莓醬,令到呢一個焦糖燉蛋層次豐富。溫馨提示:好彩訂咗位,食到一點幾嘅時候已經好多人等。
