秋冬季節, 特別想念熱騰騰的火鍋,今天還有松葉蟹相伴,真的有口褔。材料有原條松葉蟹腳、蟹鉗、及部份蟹身、新鮮蔬菜、金菇、魚豆腐等,蟹肉嫩白新鮮, 味道可口,配上熱鍋上的高湯,非常暖胃;呀!還有鍋底下晶瑩通透吸滿了高湯的薯粉,口感煙煙韌韌又飽肚,好味!
