每次揀生日蛋糕都唔會諗起Paul Lafayet,感覺上無咩signature cake可以揀得落手,但係觀塘可以揀到稍為精緻少少嘅cake好似唔多,食過靚cake又返唔到轉頭食大型連鎖店嘅蛋糕,所以今次聚會人少少揀咗幾件cut cake每款小試牛刀。結果蛋糕每款都好驚喜,要知道市面上咁pigmented嘅蛋糕九成好難食,【STRAWBERRY HEART】意想唔到地fresh,內層係strawberry & vanilla mousse filled,士多啤梨味好真實甜味唔假,食完唔會好膩。不過我最鍾意都係【BERRIES & MACARON TART】,通常食撻最怕就係好飽好銀胃,不過呢舍撻底好鬆軟,配合埋吉士饀都唔會好濟,Macaron係Paul Lafayet嘅主打,質素自然唔會差。建議買咗【BERRIES & MACARON TART】就唔好再叫【STRAWBERRY TART】,因為味道老實說差不多。
