To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近天氣10分好，點可以唔去海灘玩下呢，淺水灣不二之選！游完水玩完沙，好肚餓去邊度醫肚好呢？原來淺水灣旁邊有個商場下面好多餐廳，好多間都好有質素，我揀咗Classified出面有兩張瑤瑤椅子好吸引，最後揀咗嗰度坐。叫咗兩樣嘢1️⃣龍蝦汁蝦肉意大利飯，好多蝦肉，汁同飯嘅比例10分好，真心好味，一試難忘2️⃣啤酒脆炸魚薯條，炸出來魚仲好Juice，好大份，拍得住英國炸魚薯條，不妨大家試試店內仲有其他嘢食，睇來都好吸引
