又到咗紀念日,放咗工後男朋友就帶我到銅鑼灣,神神祕祕咁帶我到咗呢間餐廳。上到餐廳就俾個環境吸引住,氣氛浪漫又帶點夢幻。🌹由餐廳職員帶到座位後,佢細心介紹少少餐廳既background同menu,而le reve 原來係the dream 既意思。🌠睇過menu 後我同男朋友決定要six course dinner。佢個menu 好有趣,入面會有surprise dish,six course dinner就會有兩個。食過餐包同開胃小食後,色香味十足既晚餐正式開始。(餐包款式同質素都不錯呢!)Surprise dish 呢個surprise dish 的確令人驚艷,聖子配上三文魚子、旁邊有海膽creme brûlée。個人好鍾意個海膽creme brûlée,佢有日式茶碗蒸既感覺,海膽鮮甜,海鮮味十足既醬汁,絕對食得出廚師既心思。Pan seared foie gras 鵝肝配yogurt ice cream 🍨 鵝肝煎到好香,外面少少脆口,咬落去滿口都係鵝肝既香味。而個yogurt ice cream 唔單止好食,仲可以清除口腔既味蕾。Lobster tail 龍蝦尾肉質飽滿,加上唔同

呢個甜品為我地既紀念日畫上句號。甜品十分特別,中西合璧,西式甜品既fruity 加上中式咸脆,好食!

今晚個dinner,用餐體驗十分好,不論由用餐節奏到餐廳員工既服務。👍🏼每一道菜都會講解一下材料同食法,值得一讚!我同男朋友都好enjoy 呢一餐呢。🌹❤️
