Feather & Bone門面恰似是一間外國的雜貨店,沒想到裏面內有乾坤,內藏一間親民價高質西餐廳🤭🤭除了提供一般沙律意粉外,餐廳最大特色係好似超市買牛扒一樣,可親自到凍肉櫃挑選心水牛扒,有西冷、肉眼,什至有熟成牛(Dry-aged Beef),然後再給廚師烹調,給客人別於一般西餐廳的新體驗。而今次去的荃灣分店的裝修非常有浪漫情調😍😍♦️ Fine De Claire No. 2 Oysters|$48/pc ⭐⭐⭐⭐♦️ Steak Tartare 🐮|$158 ⭐⭐⭐⭐生牛肉他他伴有醬料及生蛋黃一齊食,口感好新鮮嫩滑😛😛♦️ Beef Wellingtons 🐮|$698 for two ⭐⭐⭐⭐威靈頓牛柳又稱酥皮焗牛柳,是一道英國菜🇬🇧將牛柳大火煎上色後包上一層有鵝肝醬的蘑菇泥,再包一層火腿後,用酥皮包裹並刷勻蛋黃液,入烤箱烤焗而成😎😎這道菜式的名稱相傳是以威靈頓公爵命名。餐廳不定時推出威靈頓牛,想試嘅話要留意住佢哋嘅動向,要一早預訂🤣🤣其實我只係第一次試威靈頓牛柳,覺得幾特別😛😛酥皮夠酥脆,有口感,但酥皮內的牛柳就略嫌乾身,點芥末醬食會好食啲。另外配菜的薯蓉就好香奶油味,食晒😚😚♦️
