近期見到呢間既食評好似退步左,上年黎食做research 個時,個個都對呢度既野食質素讚不絕口。今次紀錄番上年既用餐經驗。上年男朋友帶左我黎慶祝生日。呢到個景係真係值得一讚既。餐廳坐擁180度一覽無遺的維港兩岸景色,可欣賞到美麗五光十色的香港夜景。🌃我地被安排坐於其中一間廂房好似包場咁,幾高私隱度,得幾張枱,不過只可以細細聲講野,環景唔大。 我哋叫左4 courses menu。餐包送到時是暖的,是健康的提子乾穀物麵包,配上黑松露牛油和橄欖油,麵包已經好驚喜,非常期特佢既main。接落黎係beef carpaccio,牛肉好新鮮,加左小小麻醬,原來個味係咁夾,火箭菜好甘香。 鵝肝多士睇相唔洗多講🤤之後係粟米甘筍蘆筍帶子濃湯,非常濃郁嘅粟米味,好似成個粟米打咗入去,帶子係煎香左嘅,配埋蘆筍增加口感,非常鍾意個湯 Main1.香煎慢煮沖繩阿古豬配意大利白豆 大大件厚切豬肉,又要整得熟又要好食唔能過火都好考功夫!意大利白豆身為伴碟都好好食 令豬味加點色彩!2.牡丹蝦與櫻花蝦意大利麵配海鮮忌廉汁 麵底扁幼整個汁掛哂係麵到!甜度適中,蝦乾好食得黎令口感更加咗 正!3. 燒春雞呢碟就不過不失最後,
