Charcoal grilled M7 sirloin & braised short rib:
炭燒M7油脂香極重, 表面有淡淡炭燒香, 烤後迫了部份油脂, 脂香味濃郁, 配上富有奶油香嘅幼滑薯蓉, 有助平衡油膩。另一件為慢煮牛, 充滿肉汁, 林得可以一絲絲牛肉撕出。
