To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為了慶祝朋友生日,我第一次到海龍王餐廳,因為早來到,餐廳安排一個靚位給我們,近距離看到水族缸,整個水族館就以落地玻璃近在我眼前。 我們一來便停不住打卡拍照,因為看到魔鬼魚不時在身旁游過的經驗,我們都是第一次。惜逢餐廳最近有米芝連陳國強師傅設計菜式,我們難得來到,便決定點八道菜套餐($728),慢慢欣賞,不要浪費這難得體驗。先來兩杯特飲。第一道前菜是蜜汁火方脆千層,火腿充滿蜜汁,甜甜的,再配上薄薄的炸腐皮,又脆又軟口感的對比很特別!前菜之一有藜麥百花海參,賣相很精緻。海參釀入蝦膠,令軟淋口感中帶彈牙,加上醬汁是藜麥汁,甜甜的,又健康又美味。而湯品是火朣冬瓜燉水鴨湯,用料十足,有宣威火腿、水鴨、冬瓜、薏米,所以湯頭很鮮甜,而且冬瓜消暑,真的很配合夏天。下道是三蔥香檸澳洲龍蝦,亦是我最喜歡的一道。三蔥以洋蔥、乾蔥、青蔥爆炒香,再配以稍稍炸香的龍蝦肉,所以龍蝦肉質很彈牙爽口,同時三蔥吸收了龍蝦的鮮甜,十分香甜。加上龍蝦灑上青檸皮,帶出清香味和酸溜感,很惹味。龍蝦更已預先拆肉,食用時更覺方便。之後是雞㙡菌醬爆鹿兒島和牛粒,和牛粒四面煎香,裡面煮至Medium ,所以鎖住肉汁,食落去牛脂味香,牛肉

下道竹笙釀菜苗很精緻,份量不多底下是像小米粥,令竹笙鮮甜,包著一束菜苗,很爽脆,也感覺很健康,又清新。

之後是蟹肉伴蕎麥涼面,涼面很清涼解膩,加上絲絲蟹肉,很鮮,蕎麥面伴上湯汁也很好味。

最後一道雪膠仙翁米薏仁露,賣相很特別,以小杯盛著雪膠,下面是曲奇碎和食用花朵,造型很好看。雪膠不論功效和口感都像燕窩,同樣是滋陰潤養顏,我們兩位女士當然吃清光啦!

 整體來說,今餐太滿足,一邊享受美食,一邊與魚為樂,餐廳的水族缸真的很美!
