海月*砂的主厨曾在 "天下一品" 和 "順" 工作 , 獲知他自立門戶 , 便與朋友相約試菜.最重要的是他們為了食物保持新鮮 , 選擇了一間天天有空運貨的供應商但收客的價錢並沒相對提高. 最驚喜的是有水母剌身 (太高興了,吃完才發覺沒有拍照）.除了刺身外, 他們的茶漬飯跟一般的日本菜一樣,有三種選擇 (三文鱼、紫菜 和 梅).其它熱暈都有水準.
