跟好友在中環石板街影完相之後,在附近找到一間日式小店主打「海膽」,我跟好友都是海膽迷,所以決定入去試一試。店內環境不錯,有四人檯也有吧檯任君選擇先來一客芝士年糕($48)芝士夠香,煙煙韌韌,加上紫菜一起吃,更加好味!愛蠔人士必點的海膽燒岩蠔($98/1隻)滿滿的海膽鋪面,還有脆卜卜的蟹籽,再加生蠔,超正!這裡最出名便是十層海膽杯($398),裡面當然有海膽啦,還有沖繩海葡萄、三文魚子、吞拿魚等等,不同食材集合在一杯,引發不同口感。清酒鮑魚雞翼($78),這是今晚我感到最驚喜的一道菜,雞翼去骨,啖啖肉咬落去雞翼入面釀了一隻鮑魚,好好好好味呀!清酒味不算太濃,正好適合不太喝清酒的我。精選3點什錦刺身($298) 我最喜歡當然是大大隻的新鮮蝦,鮮甜可口。吃太多後有點滯,於是點一個口味比較清新的三文魚他他海膽沙律($138)來消滯,微酸的他他汁好醒胃呢!喜歡海膽的朋友,要來這裡嘆一個海膽之夜啊!
