銅鑼灣這間韓國菜真正由韓國大廚主理研發食物配搭有創意 用上濟州新鮮食材真的非常高質素 吃完之後還想再去海膽紫菜包飯新鮮的海膽還配了韓牛和黑魚籽每種食材都好高質 鮮上加鮮真的好好吃難怪是每桌都點的招牌菜式甜辣&蔥蒜醬油半半炸雞即點即炸的炸雞 吃起來外脆內嫩我選的兩個味道都好好吃 甜辣味甜味比較重 怕辣的朋友也能吃清燉牛肋骨燉得好軟嫩 脂肪位置吃起來不油膩還帶點骨膠原的口感 肉味也很濃炸泡菜蝦仁卷炸紫菜包著泡菜粉絲和蝦仁 還加了沙律醬又脆又爽口 口感蠻豐富的韓式炒粉絲用了很多蔬菜和菇菌炒 味道好香 口感清爽如果用粗粉絲就更好了
