Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

海鮮一應俱全 但性價比一般

第一次和朋友聚餐來到亞博館附近的天際萬豪酒店，感覺這萬豪酒店是我去過規模最細小的一間。大堂並不寬敞，所謂的海景其實也衹是像貨櫃碼頭一般的海景。雖然地方有點偏遠，但晚上自助餐人數比我想像中多，不過有一點好處就是不用怎麼排隊。晚上自助餐675+1, 這價錢算是香港五星級酒店自助餐的價錢了。基本上龍蝦生蠔松葉蟹腳凍蝦田螺青口三文魚牡丹蝦一應俱全。飲品的種類選擇也比較多。說實話海鮮的品質是比較好的，松葉蟹腳非常新鮮 有海水味道，三文魚牡丹蝦和吞拿魚也十分新鮮，一看就知道不是下等貨。其他如東風螺凍蝦 龍蝦還可以。生蠔稍嫌 體積比較細小。不過個人認為這價錢稍微有點貴，因為熟食的選擇比較一般，甜品也沒有想像的多 跟金鐘的萬豪有一段距離。
