To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近去左「蟹仙」點左佢地嘅專櫃海鮮套餐,裡面包括了日本大赤蝦、九孔鮑魚、扇貝、青口、琵琶蝦、饅頭蟹、膏蟹、翡翠螺、韓國珍珠蠔、粟米、生菜,最後有海鮮粥底。首先,令我覺得最驚喜係日本大赤蝦,帶有濃郁的鮮甜味,比起平時刺身食法好味得多。鮑魚同扇貝都非常新鮮,特別在蒸氣火鍋中,鮮甜味更加突出。青口和琵琶蝦都好唔錯,肉質柔嫩、口感鮮美。饅頭蟹和膏蟹的肉質好唔同,前者肉較少,食到海水天然嘅咸味,後者蟹羔豐富,一吃難忘。翡翠螺同韓國珍珠蠔嘅口感一爽一滑,粟米和生菜都好甜,能夠完美搭海鮮。最後,講下個海鮮粥,湯汁濃郁、米飯融合左海鮮湯嘅精華,吃起來非常滋味,唔會過於油膩或太重口味,讓人可以完全品嚐到海鮮的原汁原味。老闆仲送左碗糖水俾我地做甜品,完美!
