一個天清氣朗的星期一,想食海鮮,友人推介六福菜館,大家柴娃娃的就走進這寧靜的海鮮菜館。友人已多次惠顧此店,所以由佢發板,每碟都精彩。麻油日本芥辣雲耳、魚蓉羹、椒鹽豆腐、豉椒炒聖子、椒鹽鮑魚、椒鹽賴尿蝦、苦瓜炒蛋白、欖菜骨,酥炸桶蠔、每款都叫人回味無窮。個人重點捱介魚蓉羹:淡淡的南瓜湯底,好滑,混入魚片,鮮甜,就算本來唔係好想南瓜嘅我,都覺得好好味。椒鹽豆腐:外面個脆漿做得勁好食,野味吸引。椒鹽鮑魚:我係第一次用呢個方法食鮑魚,味道出人意表,椒鹽非常之香,鮑魚煮得恰到好處,鮮甜嫰滑,一點都不韌。酥炸筒號:大大隻,火候啱啱好,外脆內軟,夠蠔味,超好食。
