有一套很出名的日劇叫深宵食堂,朋友說在尖沙咀發現同名餐廳,於是便要我陪她一起去。未夠七點到達,客人不算很多。店鋪劃分了兩區,其實又不算是,桌與桌之間的間隔位不多,有點擠逼。另外一區的地方則較大,相對坐著那裡會較為舒服一點。被職員安排我和朋友到室內角落的二人桌坐,已有預感整頓晚飯會被人忽略了。非酒類的飲品選擇不算多,所以點了士多啤梨奶昔和巨峰提子梳打。先來的有黑松露鵝肝雜菌石窩飯和芝士蚧肉玉子。芝士蚧肉玉子是招牌菜,廚師在熟蛋上用蕃茄醬寫了店名深宵二字。將其切開後,可以拉出厚厚的芝士絲,吃的時候,玉子不單滑而且還有蚧肉及濃厚芝士味道,甚為足料。當侍應甫放下黑松露鵝肝雜菌石窩飯給桌上時,已經嗅到濃濃的黑松露味道。雖然,只有兩大塊鵝肝,但鵝肝厚度適中,沒有被煎過老,不單非常香口,而且好JUICE。鵝肝下面有不同的雜菌,再配以鵝肝一起吃,便不會覺得有肥膩的感覺。反而,更加開胃一口接一口,很快便被我們吃光了。再來的就是煙三文魚沙律,朋友說之前還有點擔心會不好吃,因為,有些店舖煙三文魚會很鹹來遮掩三文魚的不新鮮。幸好,我們吃的時候沒有此情況發生,三文魚鹹淡適中也很新鮮,再配以獨特的醬汁有點芥末辣的
