To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聚來車仔麵車仔麵麵底揀咗唔係度度都有嘅番薯粉，粗幼適中，晶凝通透，有嚼勁。餸菜揀咗牛筋，補一補充流失嘅骨膠原，質感爽口得嚟多汁有嚼勁。另外加食車仔麵必叫嘅墨魚，大大粒，口感彈牙。再加上一啲健康選擇，生菜爽口翠綠，豆腐質感結實卻綿滑。而湯底係豬骨雞湯底，亦有各種調味醬汁料選擇。食車仔麵當然要加杯凍飲，晚餐飲凍檸水至啱，唔怕瞓唔着。深水埗餐廳選擇好多，但呢間車仔麵係簡簡單單有屋企嘅感覺。餐廳内放咗幾幅畫，一啲小擺設，更顯心思。下次我決定要試吓佢哋嘅爆醬阿華田西多士！
