To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間唔中就想食吓港式車仔麵，之前睇介紹呢間位於深水埗的車仔麵店除了有提供車仔麵外，仲有餃子同好特別嘅阿華田西多士，作為甜品控嘅我當然要去試吓啦<自選車仔麵> (米線牛筋冬菇魚腐沙爹汁小辣) $45車仔麵唔少配料可以揀，牛筋呈啫喱狀，冬菇同魚腐幾索汁，米線略嫌偏淋沙嗲汁叫咗小辣，都有咁上下辣度，薑味偏重<爆漿阿華田西多士 配奶茶>  $33估唔到車仔麵點都有西多士可以點，除咗阿華田款，見到仲另外一款士多啤梨口味。阿華田西多士嘅內餡亦都可以揀係花生醬或者榛子醬，我哋揀咗榛子醬，一上枱中間非常流心，好似瀑布咁樣，非常打卡able<招牌鮮炸肉丸> $30呢個炸肉丸食得出用洋蔥作為主要嘅配料，炸得香脆內嫩，洋蔥嘅甜味突出，喜歡<招牌鮮煎餃子> (韭菜餃|芝士粟米餃) $42煎餃有三款可以揀，我哋就揀咗韭菜餃同埋芝士粟米餃，餃子煎得香脆，芝士粟米餃嘅芝士係半流質狀態；韭菜餃就肉汁多，韭菜獨香氣四溢
