天氣終於涼了,又係時間打邊邊了。呢間「四季文昌」最出名一定係椰子雞鍋,因為一入餐廳已經聞到好香嘅椰子味。以兩份椰青一份椰皇做base嘅湯底,難怪如此清甜!加湯當然唔洗錢啦;但如果要加椰青/椰皇,就要加$38,視乎個人喜好啦。飲完啖椰子雞湯就一於就叫個「冬日套餐」($438/2-3位用)先:套餐都幾豐富,包括-原味椰子文昌雞 (半隻)漏斗用來計時聖誕三文魚刺身海南沙薑脆豬手安格斯牛小排 (小)海南手工丸(墨魚丸、牛丸、豬肉丸、蝦丸)健康野菜籃養生菇菌籃日本稻庭烏冬除左必食嘅椰子雞鍋之外,我地仲加點個雪濃牛骨湯配牛肉拼盤(黑毛和牛牛肩胛肉及牛舌)(+$158),黎個一鍋二食。呢個奶白色嘅雪濃牛骨湯係以日本產地嘅牛骨、牛膝骨、牛內臟等熬製,飲一啖湯,牛骨香氣幾重!食牛食到停唔到,我地仲單點一碟佐賀A5和牛牛肩肉($398),牛肉油脂分佈均勻,放湯幾秒就食到,超正!飲品方面我叫左杯椰青($42)同椰汁沙冰($38),其實只要你喺度食嘢,就會聽到手起刀落嘅斬椰子聲音,就證明椰青係幾咁受歡迎呢!臨走仲收到份聖誕禮物...調味瓶 (原來係order冬日套餐送架!)
