又到左減肥季節 不過除左做運動🏃🏼‍♀️🏋️‍♀️都可以靠飲食控制體重 今日尼既呢間 就岩哂 減脂增肌期都岩食先揀左樣全餐最肥既野 炸薯蝦🥔🍤 係😈叫我食🙈 外層薯條炸到脆口 裡面蝦肉彈牙好食😋我揀左個signature bowl 吖嘻先生 因為已經揀左油脂高既炸薯蝦 加上已經有澱粉🥔 所以個bowl就要左沙律菜底🥗 另外再加飽肚又低脂既豆腐同溫泉蛋 成個組合超高蛋白質又低脂🤭 食材全部都好新鮮 帶有食材原本既香氣 配搭埋wasabi yogurt 增添趣味 有wasabi 味但又唔會攻鼻啲醬汁都好用心 基本上都係低脂 冇脂肪做基底既醬 脂肪基底醬啫係沙律醬 千島醬個類型 (好肥架🫢)朋友就自選左三文魚珍珠糙米底配豆腐雞蛋絲蟹子鮮蟹肉🦀雞蛋絲多到食麵咁🤣 蟹子令到成個bowl增加唔少口感 珍珠糙米🍚都好岩我食 粒粒飽滿分明帶啲麥香 好有口感 忍唔住搶食左幾啖😙😙 呢到既野食份量都係海量🤣 食完超級飽 仲要低卡低脂高蛋白 (唔計炸薯蝦🤫)飽住瘦不是夢😝
