To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得讀書時代，因為零用錢唔多。。所以成日幫襯大家食嘅茄蛋牛肉飯😂😂直到大個左出黎做野，已經好一段時間無再黎過呢間大眾化嘅大集匯了！人大左，慢慢演變成喜歡食麻辣米線嘅港女😌亦因為麻辣，所以，我回來了。相比起走遍各大連鎖米線集團，呢度嘅餸菜，款式比較多，類別亦比較廣。。而且餸菜嘅名，都好特別架:絕招肚，狀元骨。。等等。令我忍唔住問服務員呢啲係咩嚟㗎。最後我揀咗炸雞翼，竹笙，紫菜。。而最吊詭嘅就係連餐肉煎蛋呢種咁茶記feel嘅美食都有得揀！真係一次過滿足晒幾個願望。。而最特別嘅就係削搖麵！單單係呢個名已經吸引左我！平常食開嘅薯粉，米線。。已經無咩新奇。。難得今次可以用麻辣湯底配上唔同嘅麵底。。真心滿期待的。我嘅午餐終於到喇！闊闊嘅麵條足足有1.5cm咁長。。放入口，麵條嘅彈牙並無喧賓奪主，搶去麻辣嘅風頭！相比平日食開嘅四川米線，呢度嘅麻重於辣！感覺唔錯的。今次最驚喜係食到餐蛋麻辣刀削麵之餘，仲可以食到港式快餐炸到超級乾身嘅炸雞翼！以後港女嘅午餐，多個選擇。
