To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港好少揾到專食蛋包飯嘅鋪頭～灣仔嘅貓之眼係其中一間專做蛋包飯又人氣爆燈嘅小店🙂‍↔️鍾意食蛋包飯嘅男朋友話未食過 所以我決定要帶佢去朝聖下！🤣禮拜六晏晝排哂隊，因為鋪頭唔算好大，所以都等咗大概半個鐘🙈我叫咗一個忌廉雞肉+和牛漢堡扒蛋包飯($102) ，一個特選1(咖喱豬肉，濃茄牛肉同和牛漢堡蛋包飯)($114)，另外嗌咗個芝士魚肉條($36)😗上到枱，兩個飯都好靚仔，隻蛋望落去同食落去都好香滑🥰珍珠米粒粒分明😋忌廉雞肉🍗🥦唔會水埞埞，仲要有好多西蘭花同蘿蔔，可以中和漢堡扒嘅油膩~如果唔太鍾意咁濃味嘅話，我會建議嗌忌廉雞肉配另一個濃味啲嘅汁~🤓咖哩豬肉🍛🐖同樣好足料，有菜有肉，而且份量都好夠送飯，咖哩汁甜而不辣，好有係日本小店食咖哩嘅感覺😛濃茄牛肉🍅🥩用嘅係牛腩，肉質軟淋，茄味同樣突出又唔會太酸😙好開胃不過我同男朋友都覺得漢堡扒可以唔使突登嗌，因為唔算好突出，同埋每款汁入面嘅配料都已經好夠送飯😋芝士魚肉條冇咩特別🤣都係過下口癮咁

忌廉雞肉🍗🥦唔會水埞埞，仲要有好多西蘭花同蘿蔔，可以中和漢堡扒嘅油膩~如果唔太鍾意咁濃味嘅話，我會建議嗌忌廉雞肉配另一個濃味啲嘅汁~🤓
