To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好想食下茶餐廳，見到呢間仲有川菜咁吸引，朋友又話唔差，即刻入去。🐥成都口水雞(半隻） $108🌶️雖然係半隻，但係呢半隻嘅份量真係好誇張，超級大隻。上面仲要鋪咗好多辣椒🌶️，超級惹味，不過好彩唔會好辣。雞肉嫩滑有汁💦，就算雞胸都唔會鞋颯颯。🍛葡汁焗雞皇飯 $60🐥由鮮嫩雞肉配埋椰香葡汁，經高溫烤焗，焗到香噴噴，葡汁攞黎撈飯食真係好正😋。🐥咖厘薯仔雞扒飯 $62🥘好香濃嘅港式咖喱味，真係得香港茶餐廳先食到，攞嚟撈飯一流😍，仲有兩嚿嗍哂汁嘅薯仔真係食到停唔到口🥔。雞扒煎到外脆內多汁。🐷XO醬猪頸肉炒河 $59🍝朋友話之前食過，幾好食，所以今次再叫。❌⭕️醬好惹味，豬頸肉又好香口，河粉炒得有穫氣，條條分明，唔會一pat pat又唔會油冧冧，唔怪之得朋友想再食🤩。🥩蒜香蛋餞牛仔骨 $83🍯好香蒜味得嚟唔會蓋過牛肉味🧄，牛肉有咬口。整體：大件抵食，充滿香港風味🇭🇰
