To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 往筲箕灣探朋友後,到附近的“金記冰室”食晚飯。餐廳內外都光亮整潔,坐位舒適,沒有一般茶餐廳的局束感覺,而且食物質素有保證,所以我經常幫襯。看過餐牌後,我用QR CODE點餐,方便快捷。二人套餐:客家沙薑雞+菠蘿咕嚕肉,跟例湯、白飯和餐飲。“沙薑雞”皮滑肉厚,雞肉特別嫩滑一,配上沙薑汁,十分惹味。“菠蘿咕嚕肉”,大大塊的新鮮菠蘿,鮮甜味美;咕嚕肉的外皮炸得卜卜脆,肉質彈牙,再加上酸甜的獻汁,非常醒胃。“咖哩牛腩飯”, 牛筋腩非常腍軟入味,咖哩汁香而不辣,送飯一流。例湯是老黃瓜老火湯,味道濃郁,不錯。真是快靚正的一餐。
