出面嘅放題全部都係日式為主,而瀛豐嘅放題除咗有日式料理之外,仲有好多泰式小食,我就貪佢呢一點,所以今日就嚟到食個港、日、泰特色放題。刺身拼盤已有齊所有店內供應嘅刺身,包括有珍寶赤蝦、三文魚、油甘魚、希靈魚、北寄貝、八爪魚、馬刀貝、赤貝、鮑片、北海道角螺,所以先叫一份試齊唔同嘅刺身,然後再追加想食嘅款式。我就特別推介珍寶赤蝦,大大隻又夠鮮味,另外馬刀貝出面食放題比較少見,夠爽口,所以都值得追加。海膽帶子係用帶子開半之後釀入海膽,兩款鮮味食材混合一齊就更加鮮上加鮮。松葉蟹腳夠多肉,而且仍保留淡淡的海水鹹味,原汁原味就最好食。我哋仲試埋燉湯,係蟲草花螺肉瘦肉湯,非常滋補。出面食泰國菜叫個生蝦刺身,平均都要10幾蚊一隻,嚟到呢度可以任食,真係好正好吸引。平時食開嘅放題都係一啲日式料理,而呢度嘅放題就加入咗好多泰式風味,呢個泰式炒椰菜苗我就覺得好好味,首先椰菜苗呢個食材喺放題真係好少有,另外佢加入咗馬拉盞調味,少少辣好醒胃。另外仲有泰式燒元貝,雖然唔算好大隻,但係有得任食都已經值回票價。八味黃金豆腐係新鮮炸起,上枱時仲熱辣辣,外脆內軟夾滑,又係一個推介嘅菜式。仲有金葉香蒜炒墨魚鬚簡直係大排檔小菜
