-湘蜀人家-@灣仔.湘蜀即湖南同四川,都係食辣為主。餐廳中式的裝修,座位分有卡位同圓枱,都好闊落,坐得好舒服。.前菜係醃白菜,食落爽脆,味道酸酸辣辣而且偏咸。初初食唔會覺得好辣,但後勁好強,好開胃的前菜。.干煽肥腸 干煽係一種川菜的烹飪方式,以不斷地翻炒食材以逼出食材水分或油脂,再加入調味料炒至湯汁也蒸發掉就起鍋。.哩碟干煽肥腸用上乾椒、花椒、洋蔥,蔥粒及紅椒等炒香肥腸,所以辣味都好多層次不死辣,帶有花椒麻香之餘,辛辣又令人食得好過癮。.每塊肥腸都炒到超金黃,食落唔會油膩,而且好香脆完全唔會韌,加埋花生更香口。.土家酸菜粉條燉魚好大份的酸菜魚,個湯底味道好濃郁,唔會太酸太咸又唔會好多油,味道豐富帶點辣,忍唔住飲左碗。.魚片好多,肉質好滑而且無骨,食得好安心。.粉條好滑溜彈牙,吸晒湯底的味,真係同酸菜魚好搭。.
