To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

湯底唔掂

今日突然米線癮起，見到隔離有間雲桂香，就入左去試試。其實之前都食過好多次，酸辣米線都幾惹味，而當中我最鍾意嘅係蟲草花雞湯米線～個湯底一直令我念念不忘。不過唔知係咪唔同分店製作方法有唔同，旺角店嘅水準實在一般。首先講賣相，湯底顏色透明，有一層層油浮上面，蟲草花少得可憐。睇落就好似一碗浸住幾舊雞同生菜，完全勾唔起我嘅食慾。-味道方面，同賣相一樣，都係淡如水。我記得之前喺其他分店食過，湯底係有酒香，係好濃味嘅，但呢度淡茂茂，冇乜味道。而雞肉口感亦都比較鞋，完全唔入味。-而杯奶茶勁重茶味，偏苦。-成個米線其實唔算特別難食，普普通通，及唔上其他分店嘅水準，應該唔會再食。
