平日顧客不多，餐廳空間感充足，中間還有棵假的楓葉樹，增加日本風情。我點了豚鴨沾麵，價錢是HKD168 +10%。價錢略貴。湯底有個小爐加熱，所以溫度保持得很好，職員亦有提示食完後可加清湯。但湯底的質地偏稀且味道有點偏咸。只食得出豚骨的味道，食不出有鴨。而且湯底太稀令到拉麵沒有達到理想的掛湯效果。叉燒的品質一般，其中一塊有些微炭香味，口感較為香口。還搭配了大量的京葱和少量筍。在平日中午用餐，還附送了凍話梅柚子水。小總結❤️❤️📌湯底稀且偏咸📌拉麵無法掛湯
