To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽聞一鍋堂的火鍋好食，今次終於有機會試吓。我同朋友一齊去旺角豉油街分店，坐低之後就開始點菜。我哋首先點咗封門柳，牛脷心托，同美國安格斯牛肉。封門柳係牛柳嘅其中一個部位，肉質嫩滑，脂肪分佈均勻。牛脷心托係牛脷嘅心臟，口感豐富，有嚼勁。美國安格斯牛肉肉質鮮嫩，油脂豐腴，有濃郁嘅牛肉香氣。我哋仲點咗其他菜式，包括海蝦、花甲、蜆、蔬菜等。湯底方面，我哋點咗鴛鴦湯底，分別係藥膳湯同麻辣湯。藥膳湯清甜滋補，麻辣湯香辣刺激。海鮮新鮮，蔬菜清新可口，可以幫助解膩。
